Phil Macey is dedicated to the collaborative and expert delivery of high value and cost controlled facilities that will build the 21st century. An architect for over twenty seven years, Phil brings specialized expertise in the design and construction of complex facilities. Macey has led teams in the creation of challenging projects from net zero energy facilities, corporate headquarters to clean rooms and research labs.

Phil is the National Director of Collaborative Project Delivery at JE Dunn Construction, leveraging the power of collaboration and the Value Proposition Canvas to identify and align team's with the owners definition of value. As part of the Integrated Project Delivery Group, he leads teams in the pursuit and delivery of projects throughout the company's 20 national offices.
